Using Logical Drives

Logical Drives is a Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) tool that lets you manage mapped drives and local drives on a remote computer or local computer. WMI lets you manage an enterprise through the Internet or an intranet, thereby reducing the total cost of ownership of your enterprise. Using Logical Drives you can view drive properties, change drive labels, and configure security settings for drives.

2. In the console tree, click Logical Drives.
3. In the details pane, right-click the appropriate drive, and then click Properties.
